Currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Cybersecurity after completing his B.Sc. in Computer Science, Musayyab brings both academic expertise and real-world experience to HSE at exactly the right time. After completing a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Musayyab Sharif is now studying for an M.Sc. in Cybersecurity. He previously worked as a Data Analyst and Web Developer. While trying to implement an ISMS (Information Security Management System) on his own, HSE was recommended to him – a serendipitous event for the both of us.
For us at HSE, cybersecurity is by far the most important growth field in our consulting portfolio. Not only do we have to comply to the EU Cyber Resilience Act ourselves – all our existing and soon-to-be customers need to up their game, too. We’re really looking forward to developing our #cybersec portfolio with Musayyab’s help.
With that in mind, it doesn’t hurt that cybersecurity is his long-term passion. He even likes to try his hand at CTF contests in his free time.
According to him, working at HSE is great, because he can do what he loves on a professional basis, which synergistically improves his studies. In addition, he finds that the remote and hybrid work oriented profile of HSE allows him freedom and flexibility.
When he’s not writing code or documentation, Mussayab enjoys cooking and listening to any and all music.
