Marcin Niewiarowski fell in love with LabVIEW at university, while studying Mechatronics. He started joining training courses and got to know the LabVIEW student ambassadors. One summer, he landed an Internship at the NI office in Budapest, where he deepened his knowledge to the extent that he became the next student ambassador for his university.
He’s been working with embedded and LabVIEW systems ever since. From satellite startups, to large corporations, he’s done it all! Marcin even started his own company for LabVIEW development. In his own words, he loves working with LV code, because it’s great and fast for prototyping hardware projects, offering quick feedback loops and tight integration.
Marcin found HSE during one of his many LabVIEW networking opportunities. He was drawn to HSE, because our Way of Working treats LabVIEW as an actual programming language, with all the modern software engineering best practices. Moreover, #teamhampelsoft, and especially Jörg has a firm standing in the community.
Working at Hampel-Soft so far has been a perfect experience for Marcin, he highlighted the remote possibilities, work-life balance, honest and supportive people and mutual trust as the largest benefits.
When he’s not working on the latest VI, he’s living an active life mountain biking and doing photography. The latter hobby may also explain his enthusiasm for Machine Vision projects.
