Long time no see! HSE is back again now with regular TotDs. This time with an event recommendation!
LabVIEW 2023 Q1 is now out and ready to be used! A slew of useful features was added, such as:
- Simplifying the installation of NI drivers with the new NI package Dependencies dialogue
- Custom names and icons for applications on Linux
- Standardised terminal height with any font
- Python virtual environment support
- macOS 13 support
At HSE, we love working with Python virtual environments and especially Anaconda. We're excited to be able to test this new feature and integrate it into our existing workflows. These environments speed up development and deployment by compartmentalising projects and handling dependencies superbly. So give it a go if you haven't yet!
But don't just take our word for it. NI is hosting a webinar on LabVIEW 2023 this afternoon (April 04, 3:00 PM CEST and 1:00 PM CDT). We're definitely attending. Sign up now!
And be sure to check out the wonderful videos from our friends, Tom McQuillan and VI Technologies, with all the details.
Did this tip help you? It sure helped us! Do you have some nugget you'd like to share with your #labviewfriends?
